The mission of Holy Trinity Catholic Church is to be a community of disciples of Christ that, guided by the Holy Spirit, brings God's transforming love to the world. Founded and administered by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) since 1794, Holy Trinity is the oldest Church in continuous operation in the Nation's Capital.

Due to snow, all parish activities for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, Feb. 7, 8 and 9 are CANCELLED.
Masses (including Weddings, Baptisms and Funerals) will continue as scheduled.

On weekdays, the parish follows Montgomery County public schools for closings and this is posted on our website by 7 am. On weekends, a decision is made by 7 am and posted on our website.  If snow starts later in the day, cancellation of evening activities will be posted as soon as possible.

The Parish Center phone recording will reflect cancellation messages.

Parents of children in our Religious Education program are also invited to log onto www.schoolsout.com  and sign up for a FREE email alerting you of Holy Trinity's Faith Formation cancellations.

The Sunday homilies and Bulletins are now available on the website.

Welcome to the new Holy Trinity website! We have launched our new site in “beta” form, which means that we’re still working out many of the details. If you find an error, please let us know by sending an email to the staff person responsible for that area.  If you're not sure who that is, send the email to bulletin@holytrinitydc.org.  And please be patient with us as we work out the final details over the next few weeks.
