From 1999 to 2003 Lambert served as Foreign Agricultural Service Counselor to the U.S. Mission in the U.N. Agencies in Rome, and has served on Ambassadorial hunger missions throughout Asia and Africa. The program will offer an overview and review of the world hunger issue.
