Mary
Lou McDonald Galvin has served at Holy Trinity Church,
specifically as director of the Sunday 5:30 evening liturgy,
since 1990. This caps over thirty years of service
as a minister of music. Mary Lou has been teaching
music at Holy Trinity School for thirteen years. A
graduate of Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, with a B.A.
in music and history, Mary Lou also holds a M.M. of Accompaniment
and Chamber Music from The Catholic University of America,
specializing in vocal accompaniment. She holds a certificate
in Liturgical Studies from the Georgetown University and Georgetown
Center for Liturgy, Spirituality and the Arts and has completed
graduate courses in Vocal Accompaniment at Westminster Choir
College in Princeton, NJ.
