Committee Mission/Function: The Education Committee oversees the Parish’s educational m
inistries. Specific responsibilities include:
- assisting the DRE in reviewing priorities and models for a unified Education Ministry and communicating same to the Pastoral Council;
- assisting the DRE in establishing criteria for evaluating the Education Ministry;
- assisting the DRE in completing an annual evaluation of all the Education Ministry programs;
- assisting the DRE in preparing the annual budget;
- providing a forum for receiving parishioners’ interests and concerns regarding education activities and working toward a resolution according to Parish decision-making principles.
