Committee Mission/Function: The Facilities Committee monitors the Parish plant and makes recommendations to the Pastor and Pastoral Council on maintenance needs, capital improvements, space planning, and acquisition issues. Specific responsibilities include:
- advising and assisting the Parish Administrator on specific construction projects within the Parish facility;
- developing a plan for maintaining the long-term stability of all properties, including structural soundness, and the preventive care of electrical, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning systems;
- Monitoring the implementation of the plan.
