Please be sure to read the general instructions on the first page. Recipients must be community-based organizations providing direct service in: Education (for both adults and/or children) and Youth; Housing and the Homeless; Health, Food, Legal Services, the Aged and Criminal Justice Services. The primary recipients must be projects by agencies serving the poor residents of Washington, DC.
Again, please note in the general instructions that you must submit your proposal in hard copy in triplicate. The deadline is Friday, December 14, 2007.
