Mary Ellen Ford, SSJ, who is Assistant to the President, SOME (So Others Might Eat), will present in the morning while Matt Rosen, who is Director of Advocacy and Social Justice at SOME, will present in the evening on the significance of service to Christian Discipleship in the context of his work as Director of Advocacy at SOME (So Others Might Eat). Also, a special guest will share at both presentations their story of being homeless and their interactions with volunteers during this period of their life, as a way for parishioners to experience a deeper level of empathy.
